Returns & Exchange
After ordering, if you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free.
Please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund.
We can arrange a collection via DHL. Collection is FREE from the UK.
To return an item using DHL from anywhere else, a fee of £9.99 (EU & US) / £14.99 (RoW) will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
You can arrange to ship returns back to us yourself but we highly recommend you obtain a proof of delivery.
If by error you are shipped the wrong product, no return charges will be made for collections.

- All returns should be sent back to us and in the original packaging provided.
- The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with both Ventz in their original condition. Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Before your order leaves our store, it is fully checked and quality controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Where provided, any free promotional items should be included in your return. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the un-returned items.
- If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information please contact us.
